一、开设代表办事处须具备的条件: (1)进出口领域: ·与越南进出口企业有两年以上的贸易往来。 ·年交易值在200万美元以上。 ·虽未具备上述两个条件,但在特别的情况下,外国业者能提出确保与越南维持长期贸易的根据。 (2)技术合作、交通运输、邮政、银行、财政以及投资领域: 与越南具有法人资格的各经济组织在有关产业领域已签署投资合作契约,以促进该项合作计划为需求,但必须获得国家有关部级机构的确认与核准。
