蛇胆质量的优劣与季节有很大关系。根据我所实验结果表明,冬眠期蛇胆含总固体少,质量劣;春,夏季蛇胆含总固体多,质量优。商品蛇胆是保存在50度左右白酒中的。蛇胆正常胆汁比重应在0.9600~0.9990/20℃,胆汁总固体为45~77mg/ml;白酒浸泡液比重0.9500~0.9818/20℃,浸泡液总固体为40~74.7mg/ml,胆汁灰份是该胆汁总固体的10±2%,尤以总固体之和及胆汁灰份所占该总固体的比例是衡量蛇胆质优劣的主要标准。
The quality of snake gall quality has a lot to do with the season. According to the results of my experiments, the snake gall in the hibernation phase contains less total solids and is of inferior quality. In spring and summer, the total amount of solids in the snake gall is high and the quality is excellent. Commercial snake gall is stored in white spirits at about 50 degrees. The proportion of bile normal bile serpentine should be 0.9600 ~ 0.9990/20 °C, bile total solids 45 ~ 77mg/ml; liquor soaking solution specific gravity 0.9500 ~ 0.9818/20 °C, soaking liquid total solids 40 ~ 74.7mg/ml, bile ash is 10 ± 2% of the total bile solids, especially the sum of the total solids and the ratio of bile ash to the total solids, are the main criteria for measuring the quality of snake bile.
