考察了反应条件、不同烷烃和不同分子筛对含噻吩烷烃裂化脱硫反应的影响。结果表明 ,较低的反应温度和空速、较高的剂油比有利于裂化脱硫反应 ;几种分子筛的裂化脱硫活性按下列次序递减 HY,Hbeta,HZSM 5 ;噻吩的裂化与烷烃的类型及其裂化能力密切相关。在与烷烃共存的条件下 ,噻吩在分子筛上的裂化脱硫主要是通过噻吩与 B酸中心及烷烃间的氢转移反应实现的 ,所以有利于氢转移反应的条件也有利于含噻吩烷烃的裂化脱硫反应。
The effects of reaction conditions, different alkanes and different molecular sieves on the cracking desulfurization reaction of thiophenophenols were investigated. The results showed that lower reaction temperature and space velocity and higher oil-to-oil ratio were favorable for the cracking and desulfurization reactions. The cracking and desulfurization activities of several zeolites decreased in the following order: HY, Hbeta and HZSM 5; Its cracking capacity is closely related. Under the condition of coexisting with alkane, the cracking desulfurization of thiophene on molecular sieve is mainly achieved by the hydrogen transfer reaction between thiophene and B acid center and alkane, so the conditions favoring the hydrogen transfer reaction are also favorable for the cracking desulfurization of thiophene containing alkane reaction.
