教学过程是教师的主导作用和学生的主体作用的统一。学生的主体作用是指在教学过程中他们作为学习活动的主体出现。学生是课堂的中心,教师所做的一切准备都是为学生的学服务,而不是像过去那样把学生看作是被动的接受知识的对象,老师满堂灌就行了。在教学过程中,学生是认识的主体,教师是这一活动过程中的组织者和指导者。任何高明的教师,都不能代替学生学习。在现实中,我们经常可以看到,同样一个教师,同样一种教材,同样一种环境,但是对不同的学生却产生不同的效
The teaching process is the unification of the teacher’s leading role and the student’s main role. The main role of students is that they appear as the main body of learning activities in the teaching process. The students are the center of the class. All the preparations made by the teachers are for the student’s academic service. It is not the same as in the past that students are regarded as passive subjects for receiving knowledge. In the teaching process, students are the main body of cognition, and teachers are organizers and mentors in the process of this activity. No clever teacher can replace student learning. In reality, we can often see that the same teacher, the same kind of teaching material, and the same environment, but it produces different effects for different students.
