石门一味熏肉(也称李家熏肉)是石家庄地方名品,熏肉以奥开放心肉为原料,用30余种名贵调料,经修整、腌渍、理汤、煮制、熏烤等18道工序精制而成,不添加任何色素、防腐剂。成品色泽红润鲜亮,外形厚实饱满,将其切片食之,只有老汤的鲜香和骨香的回荡,让人馋涎欲滴。李家熏肉是李家世代相传的手艺,自清朝康熙年间创制以来,已有300多年的历史。公元1704年,康熙五十岁大寿,百官进贡贺寿,真定府(雍正元年改称正定府)知府张连登得知无极人李善魁制作熏肉远近驰名,故命其制作熏肉为贡品进贡,康熙用后啧啧称奇,于是召见李善魁并封为御厨,李氏家族历经侍奉皇朝九位皇帝。民国初年,李善魁后人出宫回到民间,在京城开办熏肉作坊,远近闻名,李氏熏肉得传至今。
