在铣床上为了使顺铣和逆铣可同时进行,已广泛地采用了螺丝螺帽的间隙消除机构。在其他机床上,为了能提高机床部件传动的正确性和消除磨损量,也常应用这种机构。这种机构的形式很多,如果按自动化的程度来分,有自动调整的和人工周期调整的两种。按动力来源来分,有弹簧的、油压的、重块的、气动的几种。按补偿螺帽的运动方式来分,有轴向移动的和相对转动等两种。在这些机构中,一般由于结构复杂,往往受到地位的限制,无法在各种机床上推广。最近我厂在修理苏联6B12型铣床时,发现一种比较简单而又能自动调整间隙的螺丝螺帽机构,现介绍如下。这种机构的结构见附图,除了主螺帽(?)之外,在横拖
