二维相位展开技术被广泛应用于光学精密测量、自适应光学、合成孔径雷达、图像处理等领域中。提出了一种基于模拟退火的相位展开方法。此方法对主值相位图采用局部平面近似 ,用模拟退火算法求出最优化平面参量 ,从而得到去除噪声和 2π相位跳变的真实相位图。计算机模拟和实验结果均证明 ,此方法能有效地去除相位图中的噪声 ,实现带噪声的主值相位图的相位展开 ,可靠地重建被测物体的表面形貌。详细介绍了这一方法的原理及实验结果
Two-dimensional phase unwrapping technology is widely used in optical precision measurement, adaptive optics, synthetic aperture radar, image processing and other fields. A phase unwrapping method based on simulated annealing is proposed. In this method, the local phase approximation of the main phase phase diagram is used, and the optimization plane parameters are obtained by the simulated annealing algorithm to obtain the true phase diagram of removing noise and 2π phase transition. Computer simulation and experimental results show that this method can effectively remove the noise in the phase diagram, realize the phase unwrapping of the phase diagram with noises, and reliably reconstruct the surface topography of the measured object.
