自1991年5月起,我们对开滦矿务局荆各庄矿EDW—170采煤机开展铁谱监测工作。监测中发现液压系统油液进水乳化是采煤机最常见的故障之一,约占采煤机全部故障的50%,有时这种事故率每月高达两次,据该矿统计,以往每次事故采煤机要停机一个半班,耽误产煤1000吨,极大地影响了生产效益。 我们对采煤机磨损工况监测方法进行了研究,突出了磨屑群体性特征的分析。整个监测过程中遇到的五次液压油乳化故障,均给出准确预报,及时采取措施,避免了事故的发生。
Since May 1991, we have conducted ferrographic monitoring of the EDW-170 shearer at Jing Gezhuang mine in Kailuan Mining Bureau. During the monitoring, it was found that the hydraulic system oil-in-water emulsification is one of the most common failures of shearer and accounts for about 50% of the total failure of shearer. Sometimes the accident rate is up to twice a month. According to the mine statistics, The accidental shearer should be shut down for a half-day, with a delay of 1000 tons of coal, which greatly affected the production efficiency. We conducted a study on the monitoring method of the wear condition of the shearer, highlighting the analysis of the characteristics of the debris group. Throughout the monitoring process encountered five times the hydraulic oil emulsion failure, are given accurate forecasts, take timely measures to avoid the accident.
