随着我国粮食流通管理体制改革逐步深入,我国粮食流通体系发生了根本性变化,粮食流通市场化体系基本形成,粮食价格的市场形成机制发生深刻变化。在市场化条件下,粮食市场价格形成机制更加复杂,粮食生产与消费预期因素对粮食市场影响更加明显。研究结合我国粮食流通体系市场化特点,阐述市场化条件下粮食价格形成机制,并结合粮食市场波动的阶段性特征,详细分析了不同阶段粮食价格宏观调控途径及调控重点。
With the gradual deepening of China’s grain circulation management system reform, China’s grain circulation system has undergone fundamental changes. The market-oriented grain circulation system has basically taken shape. The market formation mechanism of grain prices has undergone profound changes. Under market conditions, the formation mechanism of grain market prices is more complicated, and the expected impact of grain production and consumption on the grain market is more pronounced. Based on the marketization characteristics of China’s grain circulation system, this paper expounds the formation mechanism of grain prices under market conditions. Combining with the characteristics of the volatility of food markets, this paper analyzes in detail the macro-control approaches and key points of grain prices in different stages.
