大学生是社会中一个特殊的群体,对于犯罪的大学生如何给以有效的矫正是一个重大的社会问题。本文分析和检讨了现有矫正机制的问题,并对如何完善大学生犯罪行为矫正机制提出了立法建议。
Undergraduates are a special group in society. It is a major social problem to how to effectively correct the criminal college students. This article analyzes and reviews the existing corrective mechanisms and puts forward some legislative suggestions on how to improve the corrective mechanism of criminal behaviors among college students.
