作为一种非监禁性刑罚制度,社区矫正在预防和控制犯罪方面有着不同于监狱矫正的特殊意义。目前我国社区矫正处于试点阶段,许多方面仍有待完善。
As a kind of non-imprisonment penalty system, community correction has a special meaning different from prison correction in preventing and controlling crime. At present, China’s community correction is in the pilot stage and many aspects still need to be improved.
