我厂热处理使用的电炉,总功率约800千瓦,是我厂的“电老虎”之一。自我厂参加了南京市举办的改炉节电学习班后,用了一个多月的时间,先后改了30千瓦箱式电炉、井式电炉、坑式电炉各一台,45千瓦箱式电炉两台,75千瓦电炉一台,15千瓦外热式盐浴炉一台,另外在盐浴炉内胆底放两层纤维毡,一层石棉等绝热材料,以减少盐浴炉热量的散失。这些电炉经过改造后,预计一年可节电约四万度左右。现将我们改炉情况作一简单介绍。一、炉子改造的方法1.井式炉:井式炉的改造比较简单,炉膛愈大愈易进行。先取出电阻丝,并整好形,取下小钩,将损坏的搁砖取出换上好的,把整个炉膛清扫干净,用耐火纤维毡一层沿炉壁和搁砖紧贴上去,贴好后,再将电阻丝小心放入,最后在炉底铺二层。
