目的介绍CAP输血能力拓展(ETME)这类全新的能力验证(PT)。方法整理分析本实验室自2012年CAP PT ETME开展以来连续7次参加该类PT的上报结果及CAP的反馈报告,并将CAP每次考核的主题和关键知识点进行归纳总结学习,以此提升本实验室工作人员的临床思维及应变能力。结果本实验室连续7次参加CAP PT的教育项目ETME,考察内容覆盖本实验开展的所有检测项目,并包括了临床病例的学习。CAP PT ETME为不评分项目,每次成绩回报后结合CAP提供的总结进行分析、自评,部分项目因延期收到,标本溶血无法完成检测,已上报结果的项目自评结果大多数与主流结果一致。结论在参加CAP PT ETME的过程中,本实验通过对不同病例的学习,不断加强临床思维的培养,提升了在临床实际工作中分析、处理、解决问题的能力。
Objective To introduce a new proficiency testing (PT) such as ET Transfusion Capacity Development (ETME).
