目的 研究TGF - β1在胃癌中表达 ,并评价其临床病理价值。方法 采用免疫组化S -P法研究 ,2 0例正常胃黏膜 ,4 6例胃癌中TGF - β1表达。结果 胃癌组TGF - β1阳性率 10 0 % ,正常胃黏膜组为 5 % ,TGF -β1在胃癌淋巴结转移组表达高于淋巴结无转移组。结论 TGF - β1在胃癌进展中起重要作用
Objective To study the expression of TGF - β1 in gastric cancer and evaluate the clinicopathological value. Methods S - P immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of TGF - β1 in 20 cases of normal gastric mucosa and 46 cases of gastric cancer. Results The positive rate of TGF - β1 was 10% in gastric cancer group and 5% in normal gastric mucosa group. The expression of TGF - β1 was higher in lymph node metastasis group than in non - lymph node metastasis group. Conclusion TGF - β1 plays an important role in the progression of gastric cancer
