介绍了300MW锅炉汽包壳体纵缝手工焊+埋弧焊焊接变形的规律及控制措施,以及300MW“W”火焰锅炉汽包壳体下降管手工焊角焊缝引起的整体挠曲变形和局部塌陷变形规律及控制措施.实践表明,反变形法和加支撑刚性固定是控制这种大型特厚壁结构焊接变形的有效方法.
This paper introduces the rules and control measures of longitudinal welding seam welding and submerged arc welding of 300 MW boiler drum shell and the overall deflection and local deformation caused by manual welding fillet weld of descending pipe of 300 MW “W” flame boiler drum Collapse deformation law and control measure.The practice shows that the anti-deformation method and the rigid support of the support are the effective methods to control the welding deformation of such a large-scale extra-thick wall structure.
