《国务院关于当前发展学前教育的若干意见》颁布后,河北省相继出台了《关于大力发展学前教育的若干意见》《河北省学前教育三年行动计划(2011-2013)》。文件指出:“重视对幼儿特教师资的培养,建立幼儿园园长和教师培训体系,满足幼儿园园长多样化的学习和发展需求,创新培训模式。”幼儿园园长的管理能力直接关系幼儿园的教育质量。新的命题要求探寻幼儿园园长培训的最佳形态和发展模式。本文依托课题研究成果,继承、发扬、改革和创新的变革思路,开展河北省和石家庄市幼儿园园长培训,探索不同背景下的幼儿园园长培训模式,以满足幼儿园发展需要。
