初三学生,随着年龄的增长,知识面逐渐拓宽,视野扩大,大部份学生独立思考、认识、分析、解决问题的能力不断提高。但思想仍很不成熟,有很大的片面性,成人感突出,自我意识浓厚,个人至上,集体观念淡漠。大部份学生已由初一、初二时的直率、热情、鲜明变为隐蔽、冷淡、爱昧。这就给我们把握准学生真实思想的脉博带来很大难度。在这个时期,再采取“遥控”,通过汇报,间接获取学生思想信息,是不行了。这就要求我们作班主任的,贴近学生生活,深入学生生活,及时抓住学生的思维热点,切合实际,求实效,“管”班
Year 3 students, with age, gradually broaden their knowledge, expand their horizons, most of the students independent ability to think, understand, analyze and solve problems continue to increase.
