目的探讨品管圈在提高患者对病房内入院护理服务满意度中的应用效果。方法开展品管圈活动,选取活动期间在我科住院的465名患者,分为活动前对照组和活动后实验组,对比活动前后两组患者对病房内入院护理服务满意度变化。结果实验组患者对入院护理服务满意度明显提高,活动前候对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论通过品管圈活动可有效改善入院护理服务中存在问题,改善护理服务质量,提高患者对入院护理服务的满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle in improving patient satisfaction with inpatient nursing service in ward. Methods A total of 465 hospitalized patients in our department were selected during the activity period. The patients were divided into pre-exercise control group and post-operation experimental group. Before and after the comparison, the satisfaction of the two groups of patients in hospital ward nursing service was changed. Results In the experimental group, the satisfaction of admission nursing service was significantly improved, and there was a significant difference in the activities before the match (P <0.05). Conclusions The QA activities can effectively improve the existing problems of admission nursing services, improve the quality of nursing services and enhance the patients’ satisfaction with admission nursing services.
