面点制作班的学习结束了,我们恋恋不舍地离开了张同敏老师和共同学习了两年的班集体。现在,我们已经学做了100多种中西式面点,受到家人和亲友的称赞。通过学习,我们不但能做出许多过去只能到外面买的烧饼、包子、银丝卷,还能做出西式风格的面包、糕点。家家餐桌丰富了,饮食改善了,生活质量也提高了。每次张老师讲新课后,同学们回家马上实践,并把作品带来让老师品评、同学品尝,做得好的同学还介绍学习心得和经验。现在不少同学能活学活用老师讲课的内容,制作出适合自己需要的面点。大家足不出户便能吃到中外各地的风味小吃、面包和糕点,还能制作适合糖尿病患者的美味少糖食品。韩振兰同学在女儿结婚时,用自己学做的面包和蛋糕招待了她的英国亲家,得到赞赏。沈美为她的美国丈夫展示了中国美食的魅力,馋得这位美国人经常往中国跑。
