社区思想政治工作是新时期党的基层思想政治工作的崭新形态,开展好社区思想政治工作将为社区建设和发展提供强大的精神动力。新时期开展好社区思想政治工作,必须积极构建新的运作体系,做到以社区党建为主导,以社区服务为龙头,以社区教育为载体,以社区文化为纽带,以群众性文明创建为依托,综合运用好各种社区资源,从而充分发挥思想政治工作在消解基层社会矛盾、维护社会稳定、促进人的全面发展和推动社区自治等方面的积极作用。
