川崎病(Kawasaki disease,KD)是一种病因未明的好发于5岁以下儿童的全身性血管炎性疾病,流行病学调查显示,日本发病率最高,其次是韩国和中国,亚裔人群发病率高于非亚裔人群。许多国家均进行过KD的全国性流行病学调查,目前中国尚缺乏这一疾病的大样本多中心研究资料。应用电子数据采集(electronic data capture,EDC)系统可以快速而准确地收集和管理KD患者临床资料和实验室数据,将该系统推广应用,有助于为开展KD多中心研究的流行病学研究提供实时的数据来源,从而为提出中国儿童的KD诊断、治疗方案及制定高危因素评估指南提供循证依据。
Kawasaki disease (KD) is a systemic vasculitic disease of unknown etiology that occurs in children under 5 years of age. Epidemiological surveys show that Japan has the highest incidence, followed by South Korea and China, and Asian populations Rate is higher than non-Asian population.
