作为端到端拥塞控制机制的有效补充,主动队列管理旨在保证高链路利用率的同时维持较低的排队延迟.FIPD(fuzzyintelligentpacketdropping)算法作为一种有效的机制,为主动队列管理提供了全新的方法,但是,FIPD也有其本身固有的缺点,比如居高不下的分组丢失率.旨在克服FIPD这些固有缺点的同时,提出一种新的主动队列管理方案FIPE(FIPDwithECN).首先对FIPD算法进行了总结,并对其本身的优缺点进行了分析,针对FIPD算法分组丢失率高居不下等缺点,引进了众所周知的ECN机制,起到了很大的改善作用,提高了分组的有效传送.并且,在引入ECN的这个过程中,生成了一个新的主动队列管理算法FIPE.最后,通过一系列在NS2平台上的仿真实验验证了新算法的有效性.
