测定了体育系 (PED)、生物系 (BD)女生的 V O2 max、VT(% V O2 max)及亚极量恒负荷运动前后的心率(HR)、血乳酸 (Bla)、主观体力负荷评估表 (RPE)。结果认为 :1)体育系女生 V O2 max、VT(% V O2 max)较高 ,提示其体能水平即有氧工作能力明显高于一般女大学生。 2 )体育系女生静息及亚极量负荷运动时的 HR、运动后的 BL a及 RPE明显低于生物系女生。说明在相同的相对负荷应激下 ,有氧工作能力较高者生理反应较小 ,无氧供能比重较低 ,疲劳出现较迟
The V˙ O2 max, VT (% V O2 max) and the heart rate (HR), blood lactate (Bla), subjective physical strength Load Assessment Form (RPE). The results showed that: 1) The higher V˙ O2 max, VT (% V O2 max) of female students in physical education department indicates that their physical ability level is significantly higher than that of average female students. 2) The PE of female students in PE department at resting and sub-maximal load exercise was significantly lower than that of students in biology department after exercise. This shows that under the same relative stress, the higher the aerobic capacity is, the lower the physiological response is, the lower the proportion of anaerobic energy supply is and the later the fatigue appears
