中等职业教育是一种职业定向教育,一方面为社会培养经济发展所需的职业技能型人才,另一方面对受教育而言是为其从事某一职业而实施的教育,新时期严峻的就业形势,日新月异的职业环境变化,中职生综合素质相对偏低等制约了中等职业学校的人才培养。因此,如何使学生从入学之初就逐步形成良好的职业价值取向,使他们对职业角色要求更具自我价值现实性,即如何开展中职生的职业生涯规划教育,在当前中等职业教育改革和发展的大潮下,是一个不容忽视的问题。
