工业现场对信息的传输具有高可靠、高实时性的要求。但工业厂区存在着仪器、仪表分布分散,设施位置偏僻,人工抄录费时费力等问题。另外,工业生产现场环境恶劣,干扰严重,对网络传输管理提出很大的挑战。因此,提出一种基于分层架构的网络管理模型。将网络分为不同的管理域进行分层管理。并采用基于移动代理技术的分布式管理方案,针对常规情况下和网络产生拥塞情况下,分别采取相应的管理方法。从而可以对网络进行有效管理,避免拥塞,保证信息传输的实时性和可靠性。
Industrial site on the transmission of information with high reliability, high real-time requirements. However, the existence of industrial plants, instruments, meters scattered distribution, remote location of equipment, manual transcription of time-consuming and laborious and other issues. In addition, the harsh industrial environment and serious interference in the production site pose great challenges to network transmission management. Therefore, a hierarchical network management model is proposed. The network is divided into different management domains for hierarchical management. And adopt the distributed management scheme based on mobile agent technology, and take the corresponding management methods for the case of congestion under normal circumstances and the network. Which can effectively manage the network to avoid congestion, to ensure the real-time transmission of information and reliability.
