通过角叉菜胶诱发大鼠急性胸膜炎模型,发现im阿魏洛芬(FL,50~200mg/kg)能剂量相关性减少炎性渗出、抑制白细胞游走、降低渗液中的蛋白含量;大剂量FL200mg/kg还降低渗液中β-葡萄糖醛酸苷酶活性。体外实验显示FL(3.8~15×10~(-5)mol/L)可浓度依赖性抑制酵母多糖激活大鼠腹腔巨噬细胞释放H_2O_2。还发现无效浓度的异丙肾上腺素对FL的体外效应有协同作用。
Carrageenan induced rat acute pleurisy model and found that im avermectin (FL, 50 ~ 200mg / kg) dose-related inflammatory infiltration can reduce leukocyte migration and reduce the exudate protein content; high dose FL 200 mg / kg also reduces β-glucuronidase activity in exudate. In vitro experiments showed that FL (3.8 ~ 15 × 10 ~ (-5) mol / L) could inhibit the release of H 2 O 2 from peritoneal macrophages in a concentration-dependent manner by zymosan. It was also found that an ineffective concentration of isoprenaline has a synergistic effect on the in vitro effect of FL.
