各省、自治区、直辖市团委、劳动和社会保障厅(局),各中央企业,军委总政治部组织部,全国铁道团委,全国民航团委,中直机关团工委,中央国家机关团工委,中央金融团工委,中央企业团工委:中国青工技能月活动自1994年开展以来,取得了良好成效,得到了社会的广泛认同。为了贯彻落实党的十六大和团十五大精神,配合实施人才强国战略和三年50万新技师培养计划,进一步动员引导广大青年职工立足岗位,学技成才,为企业改革和发展作贡献,共青团中央决定联合劳动和社会保障部、国务院国有资产监督管理委员会开展2004年中国青工技能月活动。
