随着企业间日益激烈的市场竞争,薪酬管理作为人力资源管理的核心,在企业核心竞争力的推进和企业战略目标的实现中发挥着重要的作用。提高员工的薪酬满意度是企业发展战略的需要。本文从制定完善薪酬体系的目的和意义出发,通过分析员工薪酬满意度的影响因素,探讨了员工薪酬满意度的改进对策。结果表明,加强企业制度建设和制定科学合理的企业薪酬体系,实现了企业薪酬制度的有效管理,从而提高员工的薪酬满意度,促进了企业提高经济效益和市场竞争力度。
With the increasingly fierce market competition among enterprises, salary management, as the core of human resource management, plays an important role in advancing the core competitiveness of enterprises and realizing the strategic goals of enterprises. Raising staff’s salary satisfaction is the need of enterprise development strategy. Starting from the purpose and significance of formulating a perfect salary system, this paper discusses the measures to improve the employee salary satisfaction by analyzing the influencing factors of employee salary satisfaction. The results show that strengthening the construction of enterprise system and formulating a scientific and rational enterprise salary system have realized the effective management of the enterprise salary system so as to improve employee salary satisfaction and promote enterprises to enhance economic efficiency and market competition.
