全面梳理并探究了影响图书馆服务功能IT消费化用户采纳意愿的因素及其作用机理。从用户特征、渠道特征的分析视角出发,在整合个体创新性理论、自我效能感、技术接受模型、推—拉—停泊模型等基础上提出研究假设并构建理论模型。实证研究部分,以中部8所高校图书馆的师生用户为实验样本,通过情境实验结合问卷访问的方式获取361份有效问卷,并使用SmartPLS 2.0对模型进行了检验。实证结果为数字图书馆建设方和管理者降低运营成本、提高工作效率和提升用户满意度提供参考。
This paper comprehensively explores and explores the factors that affect the willingness to adopt IT consumers of library service functions and their mechanism of action. Based on the analysis of user characteristics and channel features, this paper proposes research hypotheses and constructs a theoretical model based on integrating individual innovation theory, self-efficacy, technology acceptance model, push-pull-anchor model and so on. In the empirical research, 361 valid questionnaires were obtained from the teachers and students of 8 university libraries in Central China by means of situational experiments and questionnaires, and the model was tested with SmartPLS 2.0. The empirical results provide reference for digital library construction parties and managers to reduce operating costs, improve work efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
