一、结构原理及参数选择原则 转阀结构(图1),转阀阀轴沿圆周方向开有24条导油槽,转阀进油腔与振动活塞杆腔相连,使其始终与压力油接通,振动活塞头腔通过转阀轴上的配油槽交替接通进油和回油回路。转阀的一侧接进油回路,另一侧接回油回路。本试验设计压力为16MPa,阀轴直径120mm,作用于转阀轴上的轴向力为166.17kN。故采用此结构的转阀,阀轴直径不宜过大。
