一独生子女背景下实施项目团队制教学的意义1979年我国全面施行独生子女政策后,90年代中后期出生的独生子女开始进入大学,独生子女比例大已经成为无法忽略的事实。有关研究表明,由于特殊的成长环境与教育方式的影响,总体上独生子女的责任意识、团队协作意识、岗位适应性等方面具有一定弱势。而企业普遍要求大学生具备岗位适应性与责任意识,具备交流沟通与团队协作的职业素质。如何根据独生子女的特点进行职业素质培养是教学改革所面临的现实问题。经济学理论已经证明,完全垄断一般情况下阻碍市场效率,完全竞争提高市场效率但缺少合作,最完美的竞争形式是垄断竞争。垄断竞争既能促进产品多样化,又提高竞争效率,得到广泛提倡。具体到学生素质教育,在培养既要有个性特征又要有合作精神的学生,引入竞争合作的培养机制是必要的也是可行的。项目团队制的设计正是体现了竞争合作的特性,培养学生交流沟通能力、竞争意识与团队合作精神。因此,从
