工程教育的改革在前所未有的广度和深度上被全世界所关注,这是由于工程教育肩负着培养亿万工程人才的重任,尤其是全球产业和经济的发展使工程教育面临大量高素质工程人才短缺的严峻挑战,培养合格的工程人才就尤为重要,本文以齐齐哈尔工程学院为例,探索新型的先工后学教育模式,培养适应性的工程人才。
The reform of engineering education has drawn worldwide attention in an unprecedented breadth and depth. This is due to the fact that engineering education shoulders the heavy responsibility of cultivating hundreds of millions of engineering professionals. In particular, the development of global industry and economy has exposed engineering education to a large number of high-quality engineering talents It is particularly important to cultivate qualified engineering talents. Taking Qiqihar Institute of Engineering as an example, this paper explores a new model of first education after school and cultivates adaptive engineering talents.
