近几年来,随着国家对西部农村教育的关注与投资逐渐增大,西部农村教育发展取得了长足的进步,尽管如此,西部农村教育还是存在着很多问题,已经成为我国向人力资源强国迈进的障碍。农村教师专业发展的外部保障措施和教师个体的自身因素存在许多突出问题,严重制约着农村教师专业化的发展,只有结合西部农村教育发展的实际需要并采取相应对策,才能有效地逐步推进西部农村教师的专业化发展,真正促进我国农村教育的发展。
In recent years, with the increasing concern and investment from the state in western rural education, great progress has been made in the development of rural education in western China.
