目的:了解某三甲医院护士的营养学知识、态度、行为和营养知识来源的现况,为护理营养学继续教育提供依据。方法:采用问卷调查法,对滨州市某三甲医院556名护士进行调查分析。结果:护士营养知识得分较低,与学历、教育程度、从事护理工作的科室有关;重症监护室护士营养知识、态度和行为平均得分最高;急症科护士营养知识、态度和行为平均得分最低,差异有显著性(P<0.05);非手术科室护士的营养知识、态度和行为平均得分高于手术科室,差异有显著性(P<0.05);营养态度和营养行为得分均优于营养学知识,且主要来源于报纸、杂志、他人经验传授及护理学课程。结论:护士的营养学知识欠佳,临床护理人员营养学继续教育有待加强。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the status of nutrition knowledge, attitude, behavior and nutritional knowledge of nurses in a top three hospital so as to provide the basis for continuing education in nursing nutrition. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate and analyze 556 nurses in a top three hospital in Binzhou. Results: Nurses had lower nutrition knowledge scores, which were related to education level, educational level and nursing departments. The scores of nutritional knowledge, attitude and behavior of nurses in intensive care unit were the highest. The average score of nutritional knowledge, attitude and behavior of nurses in emergency department was the lowest, (P <0.05). The average scores of nutritional knowledge, attitude and behavior of non-surgical nurses were higher than those of surgical departments (P <0.05), and the nutrition attitude and nutritional behavior scores were better than nutrition knowledge, And mainly from newspapers, magazines, others experience teaching and nursing courses. Conclusion: Nurses’ knowledge of nutrition is not good and the continuing education of nutrition of clinical nurses needs to be strengthened.
