对槲寄生干燥茎叶的化学成分进行研究。采用反复硅胶、Sephadex LH-20及ODS等柱色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。槲寄生干燥茎叶用95%乙醇提取浓缩后用水-氯仿萃取。其中水部位经D101型大孔树脂水∶乙醇梯度(100∶0~0∶100)洗脱后得水和10%~95%乙醇6个部位,其中在95%乙醇中分离得到3个化合物,分别鉴定为鼠李秦素-3-O-β-D-[5’’-(3-羟基-3-甲基戊二酸半酯)]-芹菜糖基-(1→2)-[6’’-(3-羟基-3-甲基戊二酸半酯)]-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(1)、鼠李秦素-3-O-β-D-[6’’-(3-羟基-3-甲基戊二酸半酯)]-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2)和鼠李秦素-3-O-β-D-芹菜糖基-(1→2)-[6’’-(3-羟基-3-甲基戊二酸半酯)]-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3)。其中化合物1为新的黄酮苷类化合物,命名为槲寄生新苷Ⅷ。
The chemical constituents of dry leaves and stems of mistletoe were studied. The compounds were separated and purified by repeated silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and ODS column chromatography. Their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. The stems and leaves of mistletoe were extracted with 95% ethanol, concentrated and extracted with water-chloroform. The water fraction was eluted from D101 macroporous resin water: ethanol gradient (100: 0 ~ 0: 100) to obtain water and 10% ~ 95% ethanol 6 fractions. Three compounds were isolated in 95% ethanol, Were identified as rhamnosyl-3-O-β-D- [5 “- (3-hydroxy-3- methylglutaric acid half ester)] - apigenin- (1 → 2) - [6” - (3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaric acid half ester)] - O-β-D-glucoside -3-methylglutaric acid half ester)] - O-β-D-glucoside (2) and rhamnomerin-3-O-β-D-apigenin- (1 → 2) - [6 " - (3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaric acid half ester)] - O-β-D-glucoside (3). Among them, compound 1 is a new flavonoid glycoside named as mistletoe.
