盆栽试验表明,土壤施硒或叶面喷硒均可显著提高小白菜(BrasicachinesisSst.)体内的含硒量。在施硒量为1.5、3.0μg/g时,有机硒占全硒的66%和71%,比对照提高了38%和43%,土壤施硒使小白菜体内有机硒含量增加。硒肥喷施与土施相比,是提高小白菜含硒量的有效方式。施硒处理能提高必需氨基酸含量及氨基酸总量,其中苯丙氨酸和精氨酸较对照分别增加1倍和2.5倍以上。
Pot experiments showed that selenium content in Chinese cabbage (BrasicachinesisSst.) Was significantly increased by either selenium application or selenium spraying on leaves. Organic selenium accounted for 66% and 71% of total selenium at selenium application rates of 1.5 and 3.0 μg / g, respectively, which were 38% and 43% higher than that of the control.
