第一类是“儿童型”。这种类型的人,大多数具有自发性,并往往在富有创造性的工作中表现较为出色,但不适合从事长期计划性工作。在与人相处方面,他们由于时常缺乏耐性,而宛如小孩子一般容易朝三暮四,所以这种“儿童型”的人通常难以信赖。
The first category is “child type ”. Most of these people are spontaneous and tend to perform well in creative jobs but not in long-term planned jobs. In terms of getting along with others, they are often unreliable because they often lack patience and behave like children.
