本文叙述弹簧在液压阀中的作用,通过它所起的作用决定了对它的要求,特别是对弹簧的示性线要求,一定要稳定。在过去使用过程中经常发现弹簧钢丝断裂。根据对弹簧的受力分析、计算和试验研究,发现失效的原因主要是弹性指数C太小,曲率太大,其承载能力又较大,其次,制造上也存在一些缺陷。经过反复研究,提出采用碟形弹簧,可克服上述缺点。对碟形弹簧计算方法略作介绍,并通过机器上实地试验,证明效果良好。
