Now, the concept of “team ” is no longer the exclusive noun of business management. It has not only been widely used by everyone, but also its connotation has become more and more rich, more and more profound in constant practice and exploration. I often tell my colleagues that the team can also use the barrel theory to describe: a level of the team or not, not by the longest piece of wood to decide, but the shortest piece of wood. A man’s lack of ability is not terrible, terrible is not aware of their own shortcomings, do not work hard to improve, do not make up for their shortcomings, which dragged the entire team’s hind legs. It’s like a truth that an entire chain is always disconnected from the weakest link, and that’s what “probably means to drop a chain at a critical moment”.
