今年9月12日—15日,全国计划单列企业集团管理研究会首届年会,在东风汽车集团公司召开。国家计委、国家体改委、国家经贸委的有关同志和21家计划单列企业集团的代表出席了会议。会议结合落实中央6号文件精神,着重讨论了在社会主义市场经济体制下如何改革和完善计划单列企业集团的管理和发展等问题。本刊约请国家计委综合司的宋群、李应明、李群等同志撰文介绍这次会议讨论的问题和有关情况。
From September 12 to September 15 this year, the national plan for the first annual meeting of the Enterprise Group Management Research Association was held at Dongfeng Motor Group Corporation. Representatives of the State Development Planning Commission, the National Commission for Economic Restructuring, the State Economic and Trade Commission, and the representatives of 21 separate planned enterprise groups attended the meeting. The conference combined with the implementation of the spirit of the No. 6 document of the Central Committee, and focused on discussing how to reform and improve the management and development of single-plan enterprise groups under the socialist market economic system. The journal invites Song Qun, Li Yingming, and Li Qunji of the State Planning Commission General Division to write an article to introduce the issues discussed at the meeting and the relevant circumstances.
