目的研究放射性125I粒子植入对家兔正常气管组织结构的影响及其安全性。方法将健康雄性普通级新西兰家兔48只,体重2.5~3.0 kg,随机分为4组:Ⅰ组(0.5 mCi组),Ⅱ组(0.8 mCi组),Ⅲ组(1.5 mCi组)和Ⅳ组(对照组),每组12只;每组按7、143、0 d再分为3个亚组。将不同剂量的放射性125I粒子植入兔正常气管旁,根据分组情况取材,包蜡块进行H-E染色光镜观察,并根据损伤程度计分,对结果进行统计学处理。结果各组植入放射性粒子前后,光镜观察125I对各组织有不同损伤,且与剂量有关(P<0.05),但这种损伤为可逆性。结论放射性125I粒子植入对正常气管组织影响较小,没有出现穿孔、出血、坏死等并发症。
Objective To study the effect and safety of radioactive 125I seed implantation on the normal tracheal structure in rabbits. Methods 48 healthy male New Zealand rabbits weighing 2.5-3.0 kg were randomly divided into 4 groups: group Ⅰ (0.5 mCi group), group Ⅱ (0.8 mCi group), group Ⅲ (group 1.5 mCi) and group Ⅳ (Control group), 12 in each group; each group was subdivided into 3 subgroups by 7,143 and 0 d respectively. Different dosages of radioactive 125I seeds were implanted into the normal trachea of rabbits. According to the grouping, the paraffin blocks were observed by H-E staining and scored according to the degree of injury. The results were statistically analyzed. Results Before and after the radioactive particles were implanted into each group, 125I had different damage to each tissue by light microscopy, which was dose-dependent (P <0.05). However, this injury was reversible. Conclusion Radioactive 125I implants have little effect on normal tracheal tissue and no complications such as perforation, hemorrhage and necrosis occur.
