本文根据经济学中的来数原理,提出了人才的乘数效应原理。并剖析了人才乘数效应原理的三种表现模型。在此基础上,首次提出一个新的人才学概念——乘数人才。
In this paper, according to the principles of the number of comems in economics, put forward the multiplier effect of talent theory. And analyzes the three performance models of talent multiplier effect principle. On this basis, for the first time proposed a new concept of talent - multiplier talent.
