本文介绍了微型压缩机新系列中的三种典型样机(2V-0.25/7、2V-0.67/7、3W-1.6/10)以提高综合技术经济指标为目标,合理选取主要参数,改变了以排气量选电机的传统方法,而以电机功率来选定气量的试验研究情况。同时,通过大量的研究与试验,在技术上采取了各种有效的措施,保证了机器的可靠运转。经过实测与鉴定表明:新系列样机机组结构新颖、运转平稳、自控完善,其节能效果和可靠性比老系列有了显著提高,综合技术经济指标在国内处于领先地位,比功率指标达到了八十年代初期国内外的先进水平。经济效益显著,可以大量推广。
In this paper, three typical prototypes (2V-0.25 / 7, 2V-0.67 / 7 and 3W-1.6 / 10) in the new series of miniature compressors are introduced to improve the comprehensive technical and economic indicators.
