教导处工作包含着教学和协调等方面的内容,是学校系统中一个重要的组成机构,上直通学校校长,下联系着众多在校教职工,教导处工作的开展对于整个学校风气有非常大的影响,是整个学校工作计划的重要枢纽,而教导主任的能力干劲决定着教导处工作的进程和发展。因此教导处主任在开展工作的过程中应该有目的,有方向,有担当,有深刻的思想观念。本文将简要分析教导处主任顺利开展工作应落实做好的四个方面。
