钢筋气压焊热冲切法,就是用内径稍大于钢筋外径的冲切刃,在气压焊刚结束或将已焊完的接头再加热到压接温度,趁压接部镦粗区呈赤热状态时,将镦粗部分冲切掉。当冲切到压焊面附近时,良好的压接部位不产生裂纹或条痕,压焊面的冲切表面(简称冲切表面)上也不会出现任何条痕(图1-a),而对于压焊面上夹杂有大量氧化物的不良压接部位,因经不住塑性变形,冲切表面上不是产生如图1-b所示的开口裂纹,就是象图1-c那样的凹陷状的线状条痕,从而
The hot stamping method for steel bar pressure welding is to use a punching blade with an inner diameter slightly larger than the outer diameter of the steel bar. At the end of the gas pressure welding, the welded joint is reheated to the pressure welding temperature, and the upsetting area of the pressure welding part is hot. In the state, the upset part is punched out. When punched into the vicinity of the pressure welding surface, no cracks or streaks will be produced in the good crimped area, and no streaks will appear on the punched surface (abbreviated as punched surface) of the pressure welding surface (Fig. 1-a).
