~3H-TdR(胸腺嘧啶核苷)掺入DNA和~(14)C-UR(尿嘧啶核苷)掺入RNA的实验已被广泛地用来研究细胞的增生和繁殖。我们在细胞培养过程中同时进行~(3)H-TdR和~(14)C-UR两种化合物的掺入,收获细胞采用滤膜法制样,用国产FJ-353型双道液体闪烁计数器测定双标记样品,根据~3H、~(14)C各在两道的测量效率计算~3H和~(14)C的放射性计数以反映DNA和RNA合成能力,以探讨比较简便的观察细胞中两种核酸代谢的客观指标。
The experiment of ~3H-TdR (thymidine) incorporation of DNA and ~(14)C-UR (uridine) incorporation of RNA has been widely used to study cell proliferation and proliferation.
