纪要是对会议要点的精准记载,会上讨论决定的事项大多通过纪要来推动落实。2012年7月1日起施行的《党政机关公文处理工作条例》明确规定,纪要用于记载会议主要情况和议定事项。很显然,纪要具有法定性的特征。写作纪要一定要站在高处,放眼全局,从实际出发,紧紧抓住会议讨论研究的主题,务求层次明晰、条理清楚、重点突出、语言精练。
The minutes are accurate records of the main points of the meeting. Most of the matters discussed and decided at the meeting are to be implemented through the minutes. The “Regulations on the Handling of Official Documents of Party and Government Organizations” promulgated on July 1, 2012 clearly stipulates that the minutes shall be used to record the main situations and the agreed matters of the meeting. Obviously, the minutes have the legal character. Writing minutes must stand height, look at the overall situation, proceed from reality, and firmly grasp the theme of the meeting to discuss research, so as to clarify the level, clear, focused, language concise.
