血清1,25(OH)_2D_3是VitD在体内的主要活性代谢产物,是评价VitD营养状况及诊断佝偻病的可靠指标。但由于1,25(OH)_2D_3受环境条件和饮食习惯的影响,各地区1,25(OH)_2D_3参考标准不同,实测值有一定差异,因此本课题的一个目的是建立青岛地区1,25(OH)_2D_3的实际诊断界值,确立1,25(OH)_2D_3正常参考值范围及佝偻病的诊断界值,并提出VitD缺乏症的诊断界值,用以评价儿童VitD的营养状况。另一个目的是研究1,25(OH)_2D_3与血清Ca~(2+)、P~(3+)、AKP、BLAP的相关性及临床应用价值。1 对象与方法 1.1 研究对象 要求被观察对象近期无感染(上呼吸道感染、腹泻等感染性疾病);无心、肝、肾及除佝偻病以外的骨
Serum 1,25 (OH) _2D_3 is the main active metabolite of VitD in vivo and is a reliable indicator to evaluate VitD nutritional status and diagnosis of rickets. However, because 1,25 (OH) _2D_3 is influenced by environmental conditions and dietary habits, the reference values of 1,25 (OH) _2D_3 in different regions are different, and the measured values are different. Therefore, one of the objectives of this project is to establish the spatial distribution of 1,25 (OH) _2D_3, establish the diagnostic reference value of 1,25 (OH) _2D_3 and the diagnostic limit of rickets, and put forward the diagnosis threshold of VitD deficiency to evaluate the nutritional status of VitD in children.
