目的 探讨小儿硬膜外血肿选择性非手术治疗的适应症、治疗观察措施等。方法 回顾性分析非手术治疗的6 1例小儿硬膜外血肿的临床特征及治疗结果。结果 6 1例非手术治疗成功者 5 8例 ,改手术治疗 3例。 6 1例均未发生严重并发症及后遗症 ,近期疗效良好 ,无死亡 ;47例获得随访 ,平均随访 2 .5a ,无智力障碍及癫痫发作等后遗症。结论 对小儿硬膜外血肿在严格掌握非手术指征的情况下 ,非手术治疗是有效的 ,并且可以免于手术创伤。
Objective To investigate the indications of selective non-surgical treatment of pediatric epidural hematomas, treatment observation measures and so on. Methods A retrospective analysis of non-surgical treatment of 61 cases of pediatric epidural hematoma clinical features and treatment results. Results 61 cases of non-surgical treatment of successful 58 cases, modified surgery in 3 cases. Sixteen patients had no serious complications and sequelae, the recent good effect, no death; 47 patients were followed up, with an average follow-up of 2.5a, no mental retardation and seizures and other sequelae. Conclusions Non-surgical treatment of pediatric epidural hematoma is strictly effective in non-surgical indications and is free of surgical trauma.
