在碘缺乏区7~14岁学龄儿童智商水平、甲肿调查的基础上对高中低智商水平的3组人群进行尿碘、甲状腺功能及尿、发样中F、SCN、Zn、Cu、Fe、Ca、Mg、Se、Mn9指标水平检测,研究碘缺乏区影响学龄儿童智商水平的非碘元素及其复合效应。结果表明:高、中、低智商水平的3组人群之间在Zn、Cu、Ca、Mg4元素水平上存在显著或极显著性差异,高智商组4元素水平高于低智商组人群.但存在地区性差异,茅山地区高智商组人群以高Zn、Ca水平低Se、Mn水平为特征,东昌地区则以较高水平的Zn、Cu、Ca、Mg为特征.提示:多元素复合效应影响着学龄儿童智商水平。
On the basis of the IQ level and the scale of children with age from 7 to 14 years old in iodine deficiency area, the urinary iodine, thyroid function, urine, F, SCN, Zn, Cu, Fe, Ca, Mg, Se, Mn9 levels of indicators to study the iodine deficiency area affect the intelligence level of school-age children of non-iodine and its compound effects. The results showed that there were significant or extremely significant differences in the levels of Zn, Cu, Ca and Mg4 among the three groups with high, medium and low IQ levels, and the four elements in the high IQ group were higher than those in the low IQ group. However, there are regional differences. The high IQ group in Maoshan area is characterized by high levels of Se and Mn in Zn and Ca, and higher levels of Zn, Cu, Ca and Mg in Dongchang area. Tip: The multi-element compound effect affects the IQ of school-age children.
